Yoga & Mindfulness workshops

Whether its a one-off team building, a regular regroup or a time-out at a conference, our workshops can be tailored to meet your needs.

Focus

The main aim of our workshops is to encourage taking some time out, slowing down and rebalancing mind, body and soul.

This is a great opportunity to (re)introduce yoga practices and mindfulness techniques to both yogis and those that may not have tried anything before.

Workshops may include:

  • Yoga Asana (physical yoga)

  • Yoga Philosophy

  • Breathing techniques

  • Mindfulness methods

  • Advice on how to include yoga in your daily life

All workshops will be adapted as needed. For example, instead of a mat based session, which can feel intimating for those new to yoga, we could do chair stretches/mindful movements, which also doesn’t require equipment or change of clothing.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to try something new

  • Increased confidence on and off the mat

  • Improved posture, vital for desk jobs

  • Improved breathing, which calms the mind

  • Improved focus and alertness

  • Increased energy levels in the office

  • Boasted immunity, resulting in fewer sick days

  • A more flexible body leads to a more flexible mind

  • Reduced stress, which leads to better communication between colleagues

  • A massive boost to morale as staff feel valued by their employers and spend time bonding as a team

How it works:

  • Brief: At an initial consultation, you can tell us all about your event: the number of people, the venue, how much time you have and what you wish the focus to be.

  • Booking: Once the booking has been confirmed, we will then discuss timings and any preparations or materials needed for the workshop.

  • Payment: Workshops are invoiced in advanced and must be paid 14 days prior to the event. We understand events don't always go to plan or schedule, so any extra expenses, such as additional hours, will be invoiced separately after the event, so there is no need to worry if sessions need to run over time.
