If you can't always make class times or you are looking for something a little more tailored to your needs, then our 1-2-1 Practices are for you.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to the mat, excited to continue your journey or just needing a time out, everyone can benefit for Yoga.

These wellbeing-focussed sessions aim to keep you motivated on your yogic path, as you challenge yourself with both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. Coming to one of our practices should never feel like a chore, but a treat you actually look forward to.
